Repeatedly targeting, group-killing or "Killing on Sight" (KoS) the same players over multiple days out of pure malice, hatred or resentment is strictly forbidden.
Exception: Tolerated only as part of a friendly, mutual rivalry consented to by all parties involved (good sportsmanship).
Sanction: Temporary or permanent ban for every aggressor involved. Everyone must be able to progress and enjoy the game in peace.
Paying a high-level, powerful or veteran player (with in-game currency, items or real money) to repeatedly kill and hunt down a specific player in a loop is strictly prohibited. Hiring hitmen to harass someone is unfair, cowardly and toxic.
Sanction: Permanent ban for both the person who paid and the player(s) who accepted the payment.
Repeatedly killing a player at their spawn point, preventing them from playing, moving or loading into the world, is a cowardly and anti-competitive act.
Sanction: Immediate permanent ban, no second chances.
Spamming messages, capital letters or flooding the chat is prohibited. Excessive toxicity, slurs and out-of-character (OOC) insults will not be tolerated.
Sanction: Immediate mute for a minimum of 12 hours on the first offense.
If you are banned, you serve your time. Attempting to bypass a ban with alternative accounts (alts) results in an immediate block of the new account.
Complicity: Any player or crew helping, hosting or harboring a ban evader is treated as an accomplice.
Sanction: Permanent ban for the ban evader and for any accomplice who facilitated their return.
Intentionally stealing bosses or quest mobs (kill stealing) from lower-level players, or using AoE spells to trap and sabotage another player's progression, is forbidden. PvP must be direct and honorable, not hidden behind PvE griefing.
Sanction: Warning on the first offense, then a temporary ban for repeat offenses.
Exploiting glitches or using long-range abilities from outside to kill players inside designated Safe Zones (starting areas, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Sanction: 48-hour ban.
Intentionally using or abusing any glitch, bug or exploit that grants an unfair advantage or breaks game mechanics is strictly forbidden. Keeping it secret to abuse it, or sharing it with others, is a major offense.
Sanction: Knowingly exploiting a glitch without reporting it means an immediate permanent ban.
The moderation team reserves the right to adjust sanctions based on the severity of the offense. If you witness toxic behavior, submit a video clip or clear screenshots via a support ticket. Have fun and good luck on Kaizen Online!
